Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board is popularly known as Karnataka Board or KSEEB. It was in the year 1966, when the Board of Karnataka came into existence. It is regarded as one of the most famous State government boards of school education. There are hundreds of Government and private schools that are affiliated to this Board. Annually, 3-4 lakhs students appear in the examinations conducted by the Board. And all those schools that are affiliated to the Karnataka Board, have to follow the rules and regulations of the Board. If they fail to abide by the Board, strong actions will be taken against them.
