There is good news for all the students of CBSE Board Class 10th. The Central Board of Secondary Education is likely to announce CBSE Result , 2018 on 28th May, 2018. CBSE 10th Class Result 2018 will now be available officially, thanks to the efforts made by its official website results.gov.in. In the last year, that is in 2016, approximately 14,99, 122 students had registered for the examination. Among these students, 6,06,437 were girls, whereas the number of boys was 8.92,685.

Since the year 2010, the Central Board of Secondary Education has made Class X optional. The move was to remove the fear of board exam from the students. But, the central government is planning to make Class X compulsory again. After the new CBSE Chairman, Rajesh Kumar Chaturvedi took charge in July this year, there have been continuous talks of making the Class 10 board exam compulsory again.
